This is the first county park in the US to be open for public use. It was conceived by Frederick Law Olmsted Sr, the same architect who designed Central Park in New York City.

NJ Transit trains in Newark

The double decker is a newer train, it is very nice as opposed to older trains with doors which don't open half the time and muffled announcements.

It is hard to find information about the sculpture except for what the photographer wrote on Flikr. This sculpture by Diana K. Moore was a winner in GSA's(US General Services Administration) biennial design competition.
